2:00 – 4:00 pm – Pre-Workshop Basic Digital Camera for Beginners - Priced separately
5:00 – 6:30 dinner – not included in workshop fee
6:30 pm Welcome and Introductions – Conference Room
7:15 pm Twilight walk – Natural Light Study – Watching the Light
    Getting ready for ‘Magic Hour’ on Saturday Morning

October 4
Saturday

Sunrise at 7:08 am for those who want to take pictures before breakfast
7:30 am - Full Breakfast at Riverboat Inn
8:00 am – Class gather in Conference Room - Magic Hour Shoot - Outdoors
10:30 am - Downloading Photos – Editing  Sizing, managing
12:30 pm - Lunch
Open discussion Q&A about cameras, settings, your personal issues.
2:00 – 3:30 pm – Review Your Photos, Sharing Session
3:30 – 5:30 FREE TIME – Rest, take photos inside/outside historic buildings, shopping
??time5:30 pm Dinner at Riverboat Inn, Live Entertainment
7:00 – 8:30 pm - Sunset Photography session

October 5
Sunday

7:30- am Full Breakfast at Riverboat Inn
8:30- am -  Photography Session at Clifty Falls State Park
10:30 am – Downloading, Show and Tell, Submit one favorite for “show”
Hopefully, One 8X10 glossy print for each student will be printed
(subject to printer availability)
12:30 pm - Lunch in Conference Room (sandwiches)
1:30 pm – Gallery, Review, Instructors Choice -Closing
3:00 pm - Depart workshop


What to Bring:
• Digital Camera, extra lens if SLR (single lens reflex)
• Digital Media Card for your camera. PLEASE come with blank cards…no previous photos.
• The instruction manual that came with your camera
• Laptop computer (please let me know if you have a MAC computer in advance)
• Tripod and cable release
• Blank Read/Write CD to copy material from instructor and to save your files

FYI:
Magic Hours - when the light is low in the sky you have better natural lighting for shooting photographs.
