Reiki Healing Sessions and Classes

Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by 'laying on hands' and is based on the idea that 'life force energy' flows through us and is what causes us to be alive and live with complete health. If one's 'life force energy' is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. In this class you will learn to use the life force energy to enable healing in your self and others.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy." So Reiki is actually 'spiritually guided life force energy.' 

A Reiki treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit and creates many beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being. 

Personal Philosophy of Reiki 

Reiki is the universal energy specifically tuned to healing energies to be used by anyone who desires to heal themselves, others and our Universe. All who seek to use Reiki are invited to be infused with this universal energy thru the attunement process offered in my classes. Reiki has been a wonderful force for change, healing and love in my life and I would like to share this with others.

Level I & II classes include:

All attunements are given and the information and techniques in the manual "Reiki: the Healing Touch" are covered including: 

* Reiki hand positions and giving a complete treatment for self and others; * The Reiki II symbols and how to use them; * Using Reiki for specific conditions, and to heal unwanted habits; * Distance healing, scanning and beaming. 

The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time is included for all of the topics listed above, however it is expected that you will practice once a week for several weeks after the class using your notes and class manual to complete your mastery. This additional practice is necessary to gain experience and the confidence you need to fully utilize the Reiki Training. You will be able to use Reiki for yourself and others immediately after finishing the class.

This one day class will give you the Master Attunement. You will learn techniques for increasing the power of your Reiki using the Reiki Grid and more.

Reiki III/Master Teacher Class
    *Please Call to Schedule a class either in Campbellsburg (near Louisville) or Lexington, Kentucky

  • Usually taught together as a 3-day intensive 10 am - 6 pm each day. 
  • ART may be taken without taking the Reiki III and Master Level Class.


    • Advanced Reiki Training Includes:

    *The Usui Master attunement which strengthens the Reiki energy. * The Usui Master symbol which increases the effectiveness of the other symbols and can be used for healing. *Reiki meditation to strengthen the mind & expand consciousness * Advanced techniques to achieve goals resolve life lessons * Using Reiki to protect yourself and others * Use of crystals and stones with Reiki, making a Reiki grid to continuously send Reiki to yourself and others. * Reiki 'Issue Removal' from yourself and others. * Notes and handouts included. 

    Reiki III & Master Includes:

    * Complete Reiki III Usui /Tibetan Master attunement * Instruction on giving all attunements including Reiki Master. This includes the complete Usui system as well as the Usui/Tibetan system used by the Center for Reiki Training. * The Healing attunement which heals and strengthens the effectiveness of Reiki treatments. * Two Tibetan symbols are taught (total of 6 symbols) * Advanced Reiki Meditation that harmonizes the energy of the chakras. * Values and spiritual orientation of a true Reiki Master. * Practice giving attunements to each other, so you will receive many attunements. * Notes and handouts included. 

    To register you will need to send a $50.00 deposit for ART and $150.00 deposit for Reiki III/Master. For details about mailing the deposit and a map for the location please just ask.

    Karuna Reiki (TM) Classes

    Karuna® Reiki Master Teacher Training
    This class is three days and you will be taught Level I & II the first two days and Master Level the third day. The class fee is $875.00.

    This class is for anyone who has had Reiki Master Teacher training. It is complete with two levels, two attunements, four master symbols and eight treatment symbols. We have experimented with and taught this system for two years and have found it to be effective and powerful. In fact, most students find it more powerful than Usui Reiki! The energy has a more definite feeling to it. It works on the emotional and spiritual levels and also can help one become more grounded. Those who receive the attunements report experiences with their guides, angels, and higher self and feel the healing presence of other enlightened beings.

    A brief description of the four Karuna® I symbols is given here: The first symbol prepares the client for deep healing and is useful with past life issues. It helps release karma and deeply seated issues on the cellular level. The second symbol heals deeply and can be used to breakup the negative patterns we unconsciously use to insulate ourselves from the truth, thus shattering delusion and denial. It heals the shadow self. The third symbol fills the person with love and restores balance. The fourth symbol completes the treatment by bringing the client back into the body and grounding. The Karuna II symbols are of a higher vibration and more powerful. They help connect directly with the Higher Self and work on a deeper level. While they have specific purposes discussed in class, the experience of their energy allows intuitive guidance in their use.

    Both levels of Karuna Reiki® and both attunements will be given as well as instruction and practice on the use of all twelve symbols. You will be able to teach all four levels of Karuna Reiki®, two practitioner levels and two master levels after taking this class.

    Deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve you place in class. Class limited to 4 people.
